Recognizing an opportunity to make a difference, they joined forces, establishing The Polished Boss in early 2023 with a steadfast focus on supporting entrepreneurs.

The Polished boss is a culmination of over 50 years of combined leadership experience. Michelle, equipped with a master’s degree in administrative studies and certified as a High-Performance Coach™, brings a wealth of knowledge in team and leadership development. Megan has an MBA degree and brings her experience of building and running a successful seven-figure business, as well as offering expertise in coaching and leading highly effective teams.
